idea: tifa runs seventh heaven, barret is her bouncer. cloud lives there and helps raise two orphans, denzel and marlene. he runs a delivery company with vincent and cait sith.
the badguys?
kadaj is sephiroths unbeing
loz is sephiroths heartless
yazoo is sephiroths nobody
if kadaj kills loz and yazoo, sephiroth will return. however, with genova, they can make cloud sephiroth and they will live as his childeren.
they know this, but they can't have to sephiroths at once, but they can have sephiroth and his pieces at the same time.
another idea: they call vincent father?

and about the vincent bit, i remember something, sephys mother once dated vincent but dmped him for hojo when vincent was in the turks, hojo is sephys father

how about once Cloud, Zack killed by some bad guy, similar to the game excpet sepiroth doesnt kill them. This would also explain why cloud needs to be brought back by hades. Cloud then years later finds vincent in the twilight town mansion, like he finds him in a mansion in ff7. Vincent is really cloud's nobody(even wears a cape like cloud) and Sepiroth is Cloud's heartless. If we want Kadaj could just be cloud's nobody.
Kadaj, loz and yazoo cant be sepiroth's nobody, unbeing and heartless because sepiroth is cloud's heartless.(In kh2 cloud says he is the dark part of his heart, which i think he is trying to say he is his heartless.

zack was killed by soldier as he and cloud escaped and fled towards midgar, they killed zack and left cloud as he was dieing from sepharoths wound, he picked up zacks sword and made it to midgar and became a merc
