I think it should be a monster, don't know whaat type but i'm not sure about a dragon...
we could have typhoon mix with some sort of monter though if your desperate...

"Promise me something Sora. If you see a creature called Razekel, Do Not Fight It, Just Run. Run Like Hell and Do Not look back. Do not stop running until you are back here in the world of darkness. Promise me Sora. Please."
Yes, he is that bad, but his power is limited to one 1/5 in the WOD, but in the WOl, the warriors of twilight combined can only hope to buy Sora time to escape.
