i'm not sure about the keyblade idea but i'll happily go with it
also change the aesthetics
for dummies that means change the crown keyblade kilt head torso etcetera.

SPOILER ALERT
We changed the story a bit and i realised that we can't have this as the final boss, however, something that would possibly work is the warriors of twilight but you don't manage to kill us so we just go destroy the world anyway.

the end boss is sora against the warriors of twilight, a battle you lose, as the end, just to be evil
