actually, we could have something that came from the mind. heartless come from heart, nobodies from bodies, so maybe the unbeing? maybe the unbeing remember who they were, some try to fight you, some try to help you? and they can recognise their own heartlesses and nobodies and fuse with them to make an incomplete human?
hey, maybe all the staff members could by incompletes, unbeing who have fused with their body? not heartless, but without a heart? looking for their heartless?

how about lostsouls? i remeber reading in one of the games that a soul, body and heart make up a person. Maybe lostsouls are what go on to the next life after some one dies however they can return to the real world but cant be seen when in the real world. We cant have thougtless' because nobodys can think and act and some even remember who they were. Having thougtless' is like having a another version of a nobody. The fusing bit could work with the lostsouls.

they don't have form or emotions.
they don't think or plan like nobodies.
just have knowledge and construct ideas.
but never get round to dfinishing them.
