this would be easier if kiari and riku were knights as well.

XIII empty (until you do the 'thirteenth seat' quest.
only the first three have keyblades. the next eight are merely good fighters who can help build the new world. the last one definately has a keyblade. he joins the table after the final cutscene. whether or not you do the quest decides who sits on it.
on the outside, there are four curved tables, each with five seats facing inwards. on these tables: (1) the warriors of light (FFI) are on one table, alongside White Mage. (2) The warriors of Dusk (FFIII), alongside Zidane/Chief (vote). (3) The warriors of Dawn (FFV), alongside Garnet/Krile (Galufs grandaughter-replaces him after he dies in origional game)/Seifer. (4) The warriors of twilight (staff), alongside Link.
